    Tyler is a Denver native who graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Sciences degree in business administration with an emphasis on real estate and finance and a minor in international business. After graduating from USD, Tyler went to work for Pacifica Real Estate Fund I, a 500 million dollar private-equity fund focusing on the acquisition and repositioning of distressed assets. During his tenure at Pacifica, his main focus was to source and evaluate potential investment properties and debt notes in many different sectors by creating complex financial models for valuation, exit strategy and profitability.

    Tyler currently holds his Colorado and California real estate brokers licenses. He has been involved in over 100 transactions and has closed over $50,000,000 through brokering for clients or as a principle. Tyler enjoys helping his clients find great deals whether it is a primary residence or an income producing investment property. He’s worked in multiple asset classes including residential, office, retail and multi-family. When he’s not working he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and skiing.

    David Cohen symbolizes integrity, hard work, and attention to detail in your real estate transaction. A Colorado native, David also chose to stay in state to attend Colorado State University. As an athlete by nature, he walked on to the basketball team at CSU and received a starting role at the tail end of the season against Texas Christian.

From a background of faith, my passion in real estate lies within the ability to help others.

    I was born in New York and shortly after I moved to Colorado. Colorado is home as far as my heart is concerned. When I am not working and helping others in Real Estate I find enjoyment in spending time with my family, being an uncle, and exploring this great state.
